An effective way to forget calories is to be full without eating anything. To make you feel full without actually eating a lot of calories, you need to drink more water always. If you drink a glass of water before eating your meal, the tendency is that you become full already, thus, minimizing the volume of food you eat. Although your mind tells you that you want to eat more food with high calories, your body won’t allow you to since you already feel full with water. Also, if you feel hunger pangs in between meals, instead of consuming snacks that are normally rich in calories, might as well drink more water.

If all else fails, you can always resort to diet supplements. Just make sure that it will not cause any side effects to your body before you take the diet supplements on a regular basis.
